How to Order
Telephone Orders:
 For the fastest possible service, we are happy to take your order over the phone. Please call us at 828-295-7575 during regular business hours: Monday -Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday & Saturday 10am to 7pm or Sunday 1pm to 6pm EST.
Online Orders:
To Start Shopping: Simply select the item you wish to purchase, fill in the quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" icon. When you need to make any changes to your shopping cart, click on the "View Shopping Cart" and you can review, add or delete items and see an updated total of your purchases. You can either continue shopping or proceed to Checkout.
Registration: If you are shopping with us for the first time, you will need to fill out the contact information (all required fields) and then you will immediately receive an email with your user name and password. You need to activate your log in by clicking on the link in the email. Once activated, you can log in and proceed to Checkout.
Checkout: Once you click the "Checkout" button, you will need to check the contact, billing and shipping information. If you are sending a gift to someone and would like to include a message, please do so in the box at the bottom of the page.
Shipping: We ship via US Postal Service with a delivery confirmation number for tracking your package. Please choose from Express, Express Flat Rate or Priority.
Payment Options: Jake's at the Rock accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. At this time, we are unable to accept cash, checks or COD's.
Return Policy: Every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped out, but we are human and mistakes can be made. we are happy to accept returns on any item found to be defective or exhanges. Please call the store at 828-295-7575 and let us know what you need. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will need to pay shipping to get it back to us, but don't worry, we will pay to ship a replacement item back to you. Please try to return items within 30 days of receiving it, but no worries, if you are a few days late, just give us a call. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
